Greatly enjoyed the stay, it was very good for one night. The breakfast was good hot and marvellous with the trademark specular views and greek authentic ingredients, as example and the restaurant food was outstanding! The staff were very attentive and attentive and knew their area. The hotel was in a stunning location very close to the cruise ships down in the bay and the coastline between Fira and Firostefani and restaurants of Fira.

The setting was incredible, near Greece for two weeks in early October, 2019, Santorini with the best view, and the beautiful island of Santorini. Furthermore, easy to go anywhere shop or eat at a restaurant.

The suite at this cave-like complex has a bedroom, living space, bathroom/spa, and sun lounge/outdoor pool. The pools/spa facilities in the room are exceptional. The bed is comfortable. Friendly local people and great restaurants are in walking distance. The staff is warm and welcoming, even giving rides to local restaurants.

the view from the hotel room is really stunning. The balcony of our room is great with deal chairs and table. It is at a location for a total experiance of santorini with the quaint cascading steps to the hotel and the stunning view of santorini colourful buildings and the deep blue colour of the aegean seas.
it would be great if the hotel can provide a hot water kettle to the room.

Its location is stunning, close to the island on the high end, the cruise ships, and Vanilia restaurant, I think it's right place for honeymoon. Also, I reached Folklore Museum, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

As mentioned in many previous reviews, the view from the caldera is truly amazing. As the hotel is located at the end of the cliffside, the view from the pool (lowest level) and your balcony (may be accessible by other guests of the hotel depending on your room type) is great. the hotel is a 10-15mins walk from the city center and you can always enjoy the view of the cliffside paths (unless it's too late at night which may be a bit dark & scary). The breakfast is good and it's fun to enjoy the seaview with their lovely cats. I stayed at their traditional suites as I like the "double-storey" setting and it's as good as the pictures.
You pay what you ask for. The seaview costs money. There is only one person at the reception and we have to queue and wait for check-in and check-out. As mentioned, there are quite some steps climbing up and down to the hotel but that is what you have to do for the view (I don't think someone is expecting an escalator taking you down?!) The porter serice is ok but one of them is actually putting up his hand after helping, which my friend and I personally think he is asking for tips in an impolite way. Afterall it's not a budget hotel but you shall feel good if you're ready to pay. The jacuzzi is a normal-sized one, with balustrades nearby to prevent people from falling to the cliff so we think it's not that beautiful and "infinity".

The staff here was very professional and we would definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially because there is a balcony with a stunning view of the volcano and the location is unbeatable, with the santozeum museum just 1 km away.
